What happens after you get in touch
- We call you back. Within one business day, usually sooner, to ask what you are seeing and book a time.
- We inspect. Around forty five minutes. The roof, the attic where accessible, the ventilation and every penetration, all photographed.
- You get the scope. Written, itemized, with each material named and its coverage shown, plus a per-sheet price for decking so nothing is a surprise.
- You decide. The quote is good for thirty days. Nobody sits in your kitchen waiting for a signature.
Whether your roof needs replacing at all. If it has five years left, that is what we will say, and we will tell you what to watch for in the meantime.
