Where that range comes from
Roofing is priced by the square — a hundred square feet of roof surface, not floor space. Your living area, your pitch and your roof's shape decide how many squares you have, and the material decides the price per square. That is the whole calculation.
We have already measured most of Milwaukee
We processed the county's lidar survey and measured every structure in the city — 123,913 homes, with the roof surface, pitch and shape of each one. If your house is in Milwaukee, we very likely know your roof before we knock.

What actually moves the price
Two bids thirty percent apart usually describe two different jobs, not two different companies. The gap is nearly always in the parts you cannot see.

- Whether flashing is replaced or reused
